Data Center Service Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Center Service Engineer to support its expanding data center sites across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center equipment at multiple sites

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center operations and resolve escalated issues

Assist in onboarding and training technical staff for data center start-up projects

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of experience in the Data Center or HVAC industry in a technical support role

1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Clean and valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to and from data centers as needed
