Data Center Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Center Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage tasks through the JIRA ticketing system, troubleshooting data center infrastructure

Support Network Engineering, SysAdmin, and Project Management teams in the data center environment

Manage hardware asset tags and perform audits, repairs, and on-location support for special projects

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a related field or relevant degree / certificate

Understanding of network fundamentals and computer hardware troubleshooting

Experience with data center equipment and familiarity with the JIRA ticketing system

Proficiency with Google GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
