A company is looking for a Director of Global Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global SOC operations, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy and regulatory requirements

Lead the response to cybersecurity events and critical incidents, ensuring structured incident handling processes

Act as the liaison with senior leadership for communication and decision support during incidents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including SOC leadership and incident response

2+ years of experience leading large, globally distributed technical teams

Flexibility to support off hours and weekends on call
