Director of Healthcare AI Innovation

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Healthcare AI & Operational Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Expand and execute the RCM AI and automation strategy aligned with organizational priorities

Drive strategic alignment across leadership to identify high-value innovation opportunities

Lead evaluation, selection, deployment, and optimization of AI / ML models for RCM functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years of leadership experience in technology / innovation, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare operations

Demonstrated success in leading enterprise AI / ML, automation, or RPA initiatives at scale

Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and regulatory requirements

Experience managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating technology agreements
