Director of Security Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise strategies for Log Management, SIEM, and AI-driven automation

Lead the lifecycle of automated workflows, SOAR playbooks, and response scripts

Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (6+ years in DevOps)

Experience as a Product Owner, Lead Engineer, or Principal Architect for security tools

Practical experience with Data Science, Machine Learning models, or AI in cybersecurity

Experience integrating security tools with enterprise systems and CI / CD pipelines

Strong technical background in security tooling, SIEM, SOAR, and detection engineering principles
