EHR Support Analyst
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for an EHR Support Analyst - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming client inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
Research and resolve client issues and requests
Manage case backlog and escalate tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree is preferred, but not required
Customer service experience with a technology component
Experience using an EHR is preferred
RCM / Medical Billing experience is preferred
Technologically proficient with various software applications
