Head of AI

A company is looking for a Head of AI.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and refine advanced ML / NLP models for financial and tax documents

Lead the entire ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and deployment

Build and mentor a high-impact ML team while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

Required Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field

8-12+ years of industry experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles in ML, AI, or Data Science

Deep expertise in NLP / NLU and Document Intelligence

Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and scikit-learn

Hands-on experience deploying ML systems using containerization and cloud-native workflows
