Head of AI Enablement

A company is looking for a Head of AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the enterprise portfolio of AI adoption initiatives, including governance alignment and value realization

Define integration patterns for AI services and establish the use case intake process for AI projects

Lead cross-functional coordination and chair the AI Steering Committee to guide enterprise AI investments and policies

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI / ML adoption or implementation of enterprise AI solutions

Demonstrable experience leading complex, cross-functional programs

Deep understanding of the evolving AI landscape and enterprise AI orchestration platforms

Experience driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale

Relevant degree in technology, business, data, or related fields is an asset but not required with equivalent experience
