Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategy and implementation for Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions

Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem

Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve productivity and enhance decision-making across business functions

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms or digital workplace technologies

Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

Hands-on or strategic experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services

Experience leading AI-driven workplace transformation initiatives

Knowledge of enterprise collaboration governance, security, and compliance frameworks
