A company is looking for a Helpdesk Engineer responsible for assisting with project and deployment tasks for Managed Services clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provision and deliver computer systems and services, including migrations to Office 365 and Azure

Design and implement secure cloud solutions and conduct infrastructure assessments

Track activities and provide updates on project status to internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 7+ years' experience in System Administration, including Microsoft Windows and Azure

Proven experience with Office 365 email migrations and cloud server migrations

Experience with Intune enrollment and policies

Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP / IP, routing, SSH, VPN)

U.S. Citizenship and residency within the United States or its Territories
