Incident Management Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst - Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead major incident response (Sev1 / Sev2) from triage through resolution

Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services quickly and effectively

Facilitate post-incident reviews and drive actionable improvements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or incident management

2+ years of experience in banking or financial services

Proven experience managing major incidents in a production environment

Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management
