Information Security Team Lead

A company is looking for an Information Security Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Engineer for information security tools and processes, ensuring effectiveness and availability 24 / 7

Oversee relationships with outsourced Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Incident Response (IR) providers

Lead a team of approximately five security engineers, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience

Experience in information security engineering, security operations, or identity & access management

Solid understanding of various information security domains

Previous consulting experience is a plus

Ability to champion security best practices across the organization
