IT Crisis Response Lead

A company is looking for an IT Crisis Response Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support real-time IT crisis response activities for major incidents and critical outages

Act as the incident scribe, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all actions, communications, and decisions

Facilitate clear and consistent communications among IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership during high-impact events

Required Qualifications

2 Year / Associate Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and military experience accepted

3 years of experience supporting IT incident management, operations coordination, or crisis communications in a healthcare or high-availability environment

Familiarity with incident management and emergency notification / communication platforms

Experience working in or with IT operations, service desks, or command centers is highly desirable
