IT Help Desk Associate
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for an IT Associate - Help Desk to provide technical support and manage IT resources for users remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users through various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and security enhancements
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of real-world experience supporting an internal helpdesk
Strong experience with Macs and Windows 11 OS
Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with cloud-based applications, such as Zendesk, is a plus
