IT Helpdesk Analyst
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver remote technical support and resolve client IT issues across managed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for end users via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking
Document solutions in ticketing systems and follow security best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst; MSP experience preferred
Strong expertise in Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10 / 11)
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related cloud services
Solid understanding of firewalls, switches, and networking fundamentals
Experience with RMM tools, PSA systems, and IT automation platforms
