IT Services Technician

A company is looking for an IT Services Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional IT support for end users across various platforms

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues independently

Support and troubleshoot A / V technologies and respond to high-pressure support situations

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in enterprise desktop or end-user support

Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems and enterprise applications

Hands-on experience with A / V and collaboration technologies

Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL / HDI) are a plus
