ITAD Program Support Specialist

A company is looking for an ITAD Program Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Process and convert partner-generated SOWs into customer-facing documents

Ensure SOWs comply with legal and compliance requirements before presentation

Manage and format documentation through Salesforce and Agiloft

Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

3-5 years of administrative experience

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Prior experience in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) or a related field is preferred

Familiarity with contract management tools and documentation workflows within the tech or recycling domain is advantageous
