Junior IT Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Junior IT Support / Enterprise Architect to support U.S. Navy's Team Submarine Program Offices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front line support to users at the Washington Navy Yard and remotely

Field, update, and close various service tickets and requests

Support and manage different Navy Systems and assist with app management and SharePoint queries

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related fields

1 year of experience in IT Support, including internships or assistantships

1 year of group experience in Help Desk or Customer Service

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ticketing systems
