Junior Support Agent
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for a Junior Support Agent to join their player experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle player support tickets related to gameplay, account, and technical issues
Moderate player reports concerning rule violations and escalate issues as needed
Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and assist with various operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Basic digital literacy (browser, email, Google tools)
Ability to handle direct or aggressive communication with stress tolerance
Service mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
Experience in customer support or service roles is a plus
