Lead Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Own resolution of high-severity incidents and ensure adherence to SLAs
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
Mentor junior support engineers and advocate for customer impact during sprint planning
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application support or software operations
Expertise in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and release management
Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing systems
Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk or Dynatrace
