Learner Success Advocate - AI

A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate - Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support and guidance through various communication channels

Engage in weekly live sessions, moderating and managing logistics to enhance learner experience

Track learner progress and proactively support at-risk learners based on data and engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles

Solid knowledge of AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT

Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and CRM systems

Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

Experience in adult learning or online education is preferred
