Management Instructor for AI Training

A company is looking for a Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training).

Key Responsibilities

Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training

Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure

Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory

Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs

Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations

Preferred : MBA or Master's degree in Management
