NOC Analyst

A company is looking for a NOC Analyst for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24 / 7 monitoring and incident response for healthcare SaaS platforms

Detect issues, execute runbooks, and escalate incidents to ensure platform stability

Collaborate with global teams in a follow-the-sun operations model

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in NOC, IT operations, or technical support roles

Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog or Splunk

Familiarity with incident management and ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management

Moderate understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
