Operations Support Representative

A company is looking for an Operations Support Representative (OSR).

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry for account creation, modifications, and maintenance

Research and troubleshoot customer account issues, escalating when necessary

Follow standardized processes and ensure documentation meets departmental requirements

Required Qualifications

Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (2-year degrees and equivalent work experience considered)

Familiarity with desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases (Access, Oracle, Sybase)

Experience in administrative or customer service roles with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability

A service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Proven ability to follow procedures and adapt to process improvements
