Product Security Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Product Security Engineering Manager to lead application security, platform security, and FedRAMP programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and empower a high-performing team of product security engineers

Own and evolve the secure development lifecycle, driving "shift-left" initiatives

Design and launch a Security Foundations program to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities

Manage the security roadmap and operations of the FedRAMP program

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on Product Security, Application Security, or Platform Security

2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of security engineers

Demonstrable experience in program and project management across multiple teams

Deep, hands-on experience with secure SDLC and modern CI / CD pipelines

Fluency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby, Java)
