Key Responsibilities
Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify needs and priorities across the post-sales organization
Program-manage the design and rollout of AI-powered workflows, collaborating with engineering and product teams
Drive adoption and measure impact of AI initiatives, leading change management efforts and reporting on outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or digital customer success roles
Experience in designing or implementing AI and automation in post-sales environments
Ability to build no-code AI prototypes and workflows
Deep understanding of customer success lifecycle stages and relevant technologies
Analytical skills to monitor workflow performance and iterate based on data
