Security and Compliance Lead

A company is looking for a Security and Compliance Lead responsible for leading a team of cyber analysts to mitigate cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security monitoring strategies to enhance the organization's security posture

Provide actionable risk-reduction recommendations based on threat intelligence and analysis

Analyze system vulnerabilities and prepare detailed reports on organizational risk posture

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in cybersecurity monitoring, threat analysis, or security operations

Experience leading or mentoring cybersecurity teams

Strong understanding of cybersecurity policies and audit frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Must have completed at least one federal ATO
