Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of account security specialists

Required Qualifications

Experience in account security, fraud prevention, risk management, or a related field

Proven ability to lead a large operational team across different time zones

Experience acting as an operational partner to product, engineering, and data teams

Ability to use data to unlock insights and drive improvements in business processes

Experience in ecommerce, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms
