Senior Director of AI Innovation

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI & Operational Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Expand and execute the RCM AI and automation strategy aligned with organizational priorities

Drive strategic alignment across executive leadership and operational leaders to identify innovation opportunities

Lead evaluation, selection, deployment, and optimization of AI / ML models to support RCM functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years of leadership experience in technology / innovation, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare operations

Demonstrated success leading enterprise AI / ML, automation, or RPA initiatives at scale

Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and regulatory requirements

Experience managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating technology agreements
