Senior Privacy Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst (Oversight and Monitoring) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to maintain privacy materials and ensure compliance with regulations

Conduct oversight and monitoring of the privacy program through compliance assessments and privacy impact evaluations

Develop corrective action plans and provide guidance on privacy requirements to various business areas

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Political Science, Legal, or related field; or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within a regulated industry

1 year of experience with HIPAA and state or federal privacy laws

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
