Senior Security Response Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Security Response Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and respond to security alerts and events from various sources

Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents to determine root causes and recommend mitigation strategies

Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and collaborate with internal security teams for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Relevant educational degree in Information Security, Information Assurance, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)

Three or more years of technical experience in Large Enterprise Incident Response, Threat Hunting, or Cloud Security

Proficiency with security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and Cloud Security systems

Advanced proficiency in Incident Response within Cloud Environments, particularly AWS

Deep experience securing and responding to incidents within Kubernetes environments
