Key Responsibilities
Provide support through the Customer Help Desk system, managing support requests with clear documentation
Troubleshoot issues, install and update software, and escalate complex cases as needed
Maintain active support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
A degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of servers or PC networking
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical or software support role
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to confidentiality and data security
