A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Voice AI.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Voice AI Agent roadmap for scalable and compliant voice automation

Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate agentic AI systems for optimizing conversational flows

Lead the full-lifecycle product management process from discovery to launch and iteration based on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI

At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI or agent-based systems

Strong foundational knowledge of agentic AI concepts and comfort working with AI research and engineering teams

Familiarity with modern AI orchestration frameworks and conversational AI technologies

Experience in defining and launching AI-driven products that balance innovation with compliance and performance
