Key Responsibilities

Provides service support to members and providers through various communication channels

Conducts surveys related to health assessments and member / provider satisfaction

Accurately documents details related to member or provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

Up to 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a fast-paced environment

Data processing experience

Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs

Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships
