Support Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer AMER - MSP.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy AVD environments and collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during AVD deployments

Demonstrate technical expertise in Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field

Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP / IP and DNS

Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation tasks
