A company is looking for a Technical Client Specialist to support client implementations and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate complex client inquiries related to data quality and platform outputs

Query and analyze data using SQL to diagnose issues and validate expected behavior

Support new client implementations by reviewing and validating data inputs and mappings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

4-6+ years of experience in a technical, data-focused role

Strong SQL querying skills for investigating production data

Familiarity with healthcare data and benefits administration

Experience with data ingestion workflows and integrations
