A company is looking for a Technical Software Support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to helpdesk queries and resolve software / technical issues

Remotely troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate complex matters when required

Log all support activities accurately in CRM and support installs, upgrades, and maintenance

Required Qualifications

Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across software, application layer, networks, infrastructure, and Windows / Linux environments

Experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Azure, Citrix, and VMware / virtual environments

Understanding of ITIL and best practices for IT support

Eligibility to work in New Zealand
