A company is looking for a Director, Technical Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical support business to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction

Oversee services provided by the global SAP support team

Manage performance monitoring and optimization of SAP solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field

10 years of experience in a relevant position, such as SAP Architect

Working knowledge of SAP technical stack, including on-prem and cloud solutions

Experience with SAP Basis administration for Netweaver, installation, and migration

Employer will accept a combination of education and experience equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree
