Tier 1 End User Support
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer for End User Support.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or customer portal
Collaborating with team members to solve problems and document resolutions
Utilizing monitoring and cybersecurity systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in administering / supporting Remote-Desktop / Remote-App environments
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD and Office365 / Microsoft365
Familiarity with LAN / WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers / scanners
Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
Experience with PSA and RMM tools
