Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer
VirtualVocationsA company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 3 (Healthcare / SaaS / EHR / MySQL).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues
Provide high-fidelity feedback to Engineering and Product teams to prevent future issues
Ensure minimal operational downtime for clients during high-severity incidents
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years in a technical support or application engineering role, preferably in Healthcare SaaS
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and SOC2 security protocols
Expert level proficiency in MySQL and understanding of HL7 and APIs
Ability to work flexibly to meet team and client needs
