Workday Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst Workday Security & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and architecture of the Security and HCM modules in the Workday system

Manage core HCM setup configuration and security group configuration

Lead Workday biannual release activities, including impact analysis and testing coordination

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field

4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Security and Core HCM

Experience supporting large-scale HR transformations

Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and governance

Proven ability to plan and manage Workday configuration from design through deployment
