Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of various areas, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain the quality of carpets.
Manage housekeeping duties effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
