Job description: Advertising and Marketing Agency is seeking a Digital Media Manager to join our team. In the position you will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective paid media campaigns across various digital media channels, including Google search and display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will also participate in the planning and purchasing of advertising space in traditional media channels such as television, radio, print, and outdoor billboards. Must demonstrate a high attention to detail and be a proven self-starter.
This is an in-person position. Remote work location not accepted at this time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies and campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objects for a diverse roster of clients utilizing digital and traditional media.
- Create and oversee paid search, display, social media, and other digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta platforms, TikTok, etc.
- Develop and monitor media budgets and spend to track expenses and ensure effective allocation of funds across channels.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ad formats or features, and proactively incorporate this knowledge into campaign strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including in-depth insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable takeaways, to effectively present to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers, conduct vendor negotiations seeking advantageous rates, added value, and unique opportunities.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and delivery of agreed-upon services.
Qualifications
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Combination of education and/or work experience can be evaluated.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing concepts and their integration with paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- A solid understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, including expertise in Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising, YouTube Advertising, and other relevant features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Preference given for Google certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
