We’re searching for several Social Media Manager (Organic & Paid) to oversee and manage all aspects of our organic and paid social media activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management, maintenance, planning, coordination, strategy, and analysis of all organic and paid social media campaigns. Is this you?
THE ROLE
- Develop and execute an effective organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, and publish engaging and compelling organic social media content that aligns with the brand's messaging and tone of voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of organic social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, PR, Customer Support) to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance social media presence and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement a paid social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and targets the right audience.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (ad creation, targeting, bidding, and optimization) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns using various metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Manage and allocate the social media budget effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage their reach and engagement.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management (organic & paid) for a brand, agency, or client.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful organic and paid social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling and engaging social media copy and interact with customers and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and a willingness to experiment with new formats, trends, and techniques.
- Experience in managing a social media team is a plus.
