The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven E-commerce Specialist to lead the end-to-end organic growth strategy across website and marketplace platforms. You'll own all aspects of SEO, technical, content, authority, local, and turn search demand into high quality traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You’ll be responsible for managing, building and optimising eCommerce platforms to ensure everything runs optimally. Your priority is to create a seamless customer experience to drive sales.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute 12–18 month SEO strategies aligned with Ecommerce client goals
Run technical SEO audits and work closely with our strategic team
Build and optimise content strategies that drive traffic and conversions
Oversee ethical link-building, digital PR and local SEO
Analyse performance and report on organic revenue, rankings and technical health
Define SEO best practices, QA processes, and support site migrations

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies across Meta, Google and Email that drive awareness, traffic and conversion.
Create compelling content for blogs, product guides, and landing pages
Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms
Develop and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns
Support SEO strategy and paid advertising (PPC) efforts
Assist with website updates, UX improvements, and content optimisation
Contribute to digital PR and brand awareness activities
Build and customise Shopify and eCommerce stores and themes.
Maintain and optimise store performance, speed, and reliability.
Manage product listings and related technical data.
Integrate third-party apps and tools to streamline operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Analyse site data to identify opportunities for growth and conversion improvements.

About You

Experienced and creative e-commerce professional with strong Shopify and web development skills. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

3+ years of SEO experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written English - grammar, spelling, and proofreading are second nature
Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks
Curious and up to date with the latest digital trends and tools
Able to bring brand identity to life through engaging content
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools
Passionate about all things digital and eager to make a meaningful impact
Deep knowledge of the Shopify platform and its ecosystem.
Hands on expertise in GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush
A genuine interest in growth, branding, and online retail.
