Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

As a CSA, you'll be the friendly face that brings cheer to our customers through warm interactions and exceptional service. You will be representing a beloved brand that places a premium on customer care, ethical practices, and consistent positivity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
• Prepare diverse menu items such as breakfast dishes, personalized sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a tidy coffee area.
• Manage transactions at the register, handle payments, activate cards, and assist with lottery and age-verified product sales.
• Keep the store stocked, making sure shelves are full and appealing.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Perform cleaning tasks like dusting, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
