Responsibilities
Lead a team of AI researchers and engineers in developing and implementing novel computer vision algorithms. Design, train, and evaluate deep learning models for various computer vision tasks. Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as image recognition, object detection, tracking, and image generation. Publish research findings in leading AI conferences and journals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product roadmaps. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to their technical growth. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Contribute to the strategic direction of AI research within the company. Present research outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in computer vision. 5+ years of relevant research experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on computer vision. Proven track record of publications in top AI conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML). Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong programming skills in Python and C++. Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
