Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI research and development, with a significant track record of publications and/or patents. Demonstrated expertise in one or more core AI areas: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of algorithmic design, data structures, and software engineering best practices. Experience leading research projects and mentoring junior scientists. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative, and fast-paced research environment. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model training and deployment.
