Lead AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining our AI strategy, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, and guiding development teams. You will be at the forefront of integrating machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to solve complex business challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Designing scalable and secure AI/ML architectures leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Leading the technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives. Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop and deploy AI models. Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI technologies and tools. Ensuring the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of AI solutions. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineering teams. Developing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI applications. Staying current with the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends. Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Defining best practices for AI development, deployment, and monitoring. Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Extensive experience (8+ years) in software development, with a significant focus on AI/ML systems architecture. Proven track record of designing and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques. Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and their AI/ML services. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and MLOps best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
