Lead AI Solutions Architect

Key responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level AI and machine learning solutions. Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and robust architectural blueprints. Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML engineers and data scientists throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to define project scope and deliver solutions. Develop and implement MLOps strategies for efficient model deployment, monitoring, and management. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into architectural strategies. Create comprehensive documentation for AI solution architectures. Present technical solutions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and popular frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala. Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, big data technologies, and database systems. Experience with MLOps tools and practices is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
